Leading up to the Councillor Election of 28 October 2017 potential candidates attended a whole series of seminars. I did not attend all of the sessions as several were repeats. I did however attend all of the seminars run by the various groups. The VEC ran a quite technical seminar and hence has been left out of my comment below. Assessment of seminars;
